I have always loved ramen bowls and made this one in my own style with a nice “enchanted water” glaze. I love how the glaze flows like water over the premium red clay.
My goal as a potter is to make functional art so that we can have a personal relationship with the simple things in life. When you’re enjoying rice or ramen from a bowl that feels good in your hand, and beautiful in your eyes we can get the most out of our day! This bowl is 2½” tall and 6” wide at the rim and holds approximately 13 oz.
Photographs are taken in natural light to show true color but due to computer display differences the color may appear slightly different in person.
This piece is food safe, dishwasher & microwave safe however, as with all glassware and ceramic pieces, avoid moving pieces from one extreme temperature to another as thermal shock can cause items to crack. To preserve the beauty of your item load into the dishwasher carefully to avoid contact with other pieces during wash.
